This year, 2024,  marked a year of innovation and significant advancements for Moviik.

Every update was meticulously crafted to improve efficiency and deliver a seamless experience for our clients.

Branches with Integrated Schedules

Devices and counter terminals are now fully synchronized with branch schedules. This ensures that whenever a service is requested outside the branch’s operating hours, users receive a real-time notification. This feature minimizes disruptions and enhances operational efficiency. 

Backoffice: Responsive and Modern Interface

Our backoffice received a major upgrade, featuring a sleek, responsive design and expanded functionality. These improvements provide greater flexibility for queue management, more detailed reporting capabilities, and an enhanced overall user experience.

Counter Terminal: Extended Capabilities

We’ve expanded the functionality of the counter terminal, enabling smoother ticket transfers between queues and better management of service priorities. This ensures optimized workflows, even in complex environments.

Statistics & Ticket List: Improved Data Visualization


The Statistics module now offers dynamic charts and configurable views, giving businesses more power to analyze performance. The Ticket List has been enhanced with additional details, making it easier to monitor customer journeys and fine-tune service strategies.

    Ticket Dispenser: Versatile Options

    / Customers can now choose between three tickets: Paper Ticket; SMS Ticket or Digital Ticket;

     A screensaver function displays Digital displays (players) show queue progress and share informative or promotional messages;


    An automatic ticket printing option triggers after a timeout, streamlining the user experience.

      Multilingual Menu Representation

      Efficient queue management not only benefits patients but also enhances staff productivity. By automating queue-related processes, healthcare teams can focus on delivering high-quality care instead of managing queues manually.

        SMS Customer Alterts: Expanded Notifications

        We’ve added a series of SMS notifications to improve communication with customers throughout their service journey.


        These include:

          / Welcome messages;
          New ticket confirmation;
          Queue updates with tickets ahead;
          / Notification of called tickets;
          /  Service completion;

          / Cancelled or transferred tickets.

          Digital Ticket: Geofencing Feature 

          Our digital ticket now supports geofencing, ensuring that tickets can only be issued within a defined geographic location.
          This guarantees that only on-site customers can join queues, reducing unnecessary waiting times.

          Surveys: Fully Configurable Flows

          We’ve introduced customizable survey flows, accessible via the widget player on devices like tablets. This feature allows businesses to gather valuable customer feedback directly at the point of service.

          Real-Time Insights and Reporting

          Modern queue management systems provide healthcare institutions with powerful reporting tools to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement. By leveraging real-time data, administrators can make informed decisions to enhance operations.

          Multi-language Support
