Specify how many locations or Branches you have and then define your queue management for each. You can create unlimited branches and link them to staff, services, opening times, devices, etc.
Service Desk
Assign your staff to each Service Desk, so they can serve customers by calling the next customer in line according to their ticket, and transfer them to other services.
Devices
Link devices to the platform and design the layout for how tickets look on each device. Everything is customizable in Backoffice, so you decide what to display, such as arrival times, number of people ahead, service names, promotions, publicity, general information, etc.
Visitors can schedule their visit by choosing a date and time. Prepare the services you want to offer so your visitors can book them ahead of time.
Opening Times
Establish the times during which your organization is open for customers and visitors. You can also manage staff according to the opening times and deliver better service.
