It allows the visitors to check-in the different queues for the stores they will visit inside the mall, on the same platform. The visitor can move around the shopping center and only go to the store when called to enter. Stores such as Primark and iStore that present the most challenging queues have Moviik managing their queues. The ticket can be issued on the smartphone by reading a QR-code, or in one of the ticket dispensers placed next to the stores. The status of the queue as well as the call can be monitored on the smartphone or on the digital screens. Official data shows that this system has already been used by more than 250 000 visitors.
