Generally a pharmacy attends to an average of 400 customers a day. And when we're talking about a small pharmacy, staff stress increases and customers' patience tends to run out.

In order to solve the problem, we found the most appropriate solutions: Digital Ticket and Paper Ticket
The first one, the Paper Ticket, is the most conventional and universal way for customers to queue.

But for those who want to save time, Digital Ticket is the best choice. To use this solution, the customer must scan the QR Code on the queuing kiosk screen.
Open a link, choose the service and get your ticket. Keep it in your pocket. Simple! You can then manage your time to do other activities during that period.
